Lampe Berger Lamps from Paris
Lampe Berger's beautiful, hand-crafted, French fragrance lamps work. Air is continually drawn into the lamp's oil-heated chamber, cleansed, and released. Maurice Berger introduced his lamps in Paris in 1898 to purify and refresh closed spaces such as hospitals. Word quickly spread that the lamps were also a delight in the home, and fashionable Parisians began asking for and suggesting more pleasing designs. Lampe Berger has since become as famous for the beauty of its lamps as their usefulness.
Red River Drugs and Gifts is a family owned and operated drugstore and gift shop. The drugstore opened in the late 1800's on the banks of the Red River where the town of Coushatta, Louisiana, was first located. Ben and Lesa Jowers purchased the business in January 1984.
